Total Costs & Gratuity *

Your total payment of $5,695 includes all transportation (tour vehicle, ferry, train, taxi), 2 airport transfers, all accommodations, sightseeing, entrance fees, tour-included excursions, fuel surcharges, and taxes, along with breakfast and one other meal every day. Please remember that airfare, personal incidentals, gratuity, and optional extensions are not included in the cost of this trip. Gratuity is NOT required. If you have had excellent service and wish to show your appreciation, gratuity recommendations are as follows: Private Guide: $20 per touring day, Coach/Drivers: $5 per day. Gratuity will be gathered on the final evening of the tour. Feel free to write a check in US Dollars, Venmo, Zelle, or use cash in Euros or US Dollars. In Ireland and the UK, tipping is not required in restaurants, but we HIGHLY recommend tipping for good service at sit-down restaurants or for other personal services. If gratuity is included in the meal, there is no need to tip additionally.

Depost & Payment Review *

My $ 1,500 deposit is due upon registration and is non-refundable. The complete tour balance, (including any voluntary extensions,) are due no later than 60 days before the tour begins. I may choose to pay the balance in full at any time, including at registration.

Liability Waiver & Risk Acknowledgement *

I understand that participation in tour activities could involve risk of physical injury, illness, death, or property loss. Despite safety precautions, Sloan Tours cannot guarantee safety, as all risks cannot be prevented. I understand that Sloan Tours does not provide health and accident insurance for trip participants. I understand that I, the participant, will bear any medical expenses, property losses, or other personal expenses resulting from this trip. I also hereby consent and give authorization to the tour guide to contact my emergency contact and secure any emergency medical treatment if I, or a family member, cannot. I agree to be responsible for the costs thereof. Sloan Tours will not be held responsible for any damage/loss of any luggage or personal items. All damage/loss must be reported during the incident and documented in writing by a local authority for submission to the insurance company. In consideration of the opportunity afforded, with full knowledge and acceptance of the risks associated with tour and trip activities, and with complete understanding of the above issues/conditions, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sloan Tours and its guides from all forms and manner of risks inherent in such travel, and all claims and demands of any nature arising from participation in said trip, event, or function.
